Dr. Nancy Peters
Dr. Nancy Peters completed her undergraduate studies at North Carolina State University and then received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at NCSU-CVM in May of 1998. She began her career as a small animal veterinarian in Maryville,TN. In Sept. of 2000, Dr. Peters accepted a full-time position here at Lake Pine Animal Hospital in Apex, NC.
Dr. Peters's interests lie primarily with small animal medicine and surgery. When not in the office, Dr. Peters enjoys spending time with her husband, Anthony, and her two children, Kalin and Carsen. She is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys camping and taking walks with her two dogs, Pete and Knox, but also likes shopping with friends. Her other pets include three cats named Oliver, Texas, and Sprout.
She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the North Carolina Veterinary Medical Association.
